Are you already using the SAP Project System (SAP PS) module? If so, you can complement the project definitions, project plan elements, and tasks stored in SAP PS with XFT Project File 4S4. You explicitly assign tasks to individual employees, document results, and store everything in a central project file. This allows you to check at any time whether you’re still within budget, so you can intervene if necessary.

If you’re not using SAP PS – no problem. Use XFT Project File 4S4 to simply create new project folders in your SAP system and manage tasks, project team members, and deadlines. Results can be stored centrally in the form of specifications, drawings, and design documents, for example. What’s more, you have the option to grant permissions for access to project documents.

XFT Project File 4S4 is closely integrated into your SAP environment. This means you can access the project folder to view data related to suppliers, material masters, and equipment at any time.
