XFT Add-on Suite 4S4 Release 6.20 –

available Q2 2026!

With the XFT Add-on Suite 4S4 Release 6.20, XFT continues to enhance the suite, strengthening future readiness, integration capability, and flexibility of extensions in SAP system landscapes.

After completion of the testing phase, Release 6.20 will be available to our customers. The official release is planned for the second quarter of 2026.

Focus on Clean Core

After its release, Release 6.20 will be certified by SAP as a „Conditional Clean Core“ (Level C, S/4HC-ABAP-COND).

This certification confirms that extensions based on classic ABAP – when following defined checks – remain largely upgradeable and comply with SAP’s Clean-Core recommendations. Companies can thus be confident that proven extensions can be operated stably and maintained over the long term.

Technological Foundation for AI Integration

With Release 6.20, XFT also lays the groundwork for the use of artificial intelligence within the XFT Solution Suite 4S4. Standard connections to OpenAI and Mistral AI are included. Additionally, customer-specific AI models can be integrated to implement future automation and analytics scenarios in a flexible and tailored way.
