How Mewa Digitized HR Document Creation – Efficient and Fully Integrated

Together with DATAGROUP, Mewa successfully implemented the XFT Document Composer 4S4, digitizing and standardizing its HR document processes while seamlessly integrating them into its existing SAP landscape.

Mewa, an international provider of textile services and operating supplies, was already using SAP HCM and a digital personnel file. However, HR document creation and related processes were not fully integrated. Manual tasks, media disruptions, and distributed information created inefficiencies in everyday HR operations.

The Solution: Create and Process HR Documents Directly in SAP

Together with DATAGROUP, Mewa implemented the XFT Document Composer and integrated it into its existing system landscape. The existing digital personnel file and an electronic signature solution were also connected to the process.

The result: HR documents are now created directly from SAP, automatically populated with employee data, digitally signed, and archived in a legally compliant manner without media disruptions.
